Ionic suddenly stopped working

I had my ionic from november 2018 without any problems until no when it suddenly became unresponsive. The screen is black and wont turn on even when plugged into charger. I have cleaned the charging cable and the watch, tried all the usb ports on my computers, plugs, and outlets, tried holding down the buttons to restart the ionic, I even tried holding the buttons down for a factory reset, and it is still unresponsive. I don't know what to do at this point, and I have went back to my alta for now. I would really like help to get my ionic working again.

Mine has done the same about 30 mins ago. I have googled and it seems to be a common issue with them just dying. Mine is about 16 months old 😞 Not sure there is anything that can be done, but hoping to be corrected on this

Mine literally just did the same thing this morning. Mine was at 48% and just completely whent black, and now wont turn back on. I tried all the recommended steps to fixing it, and nothing works.
