Ionic switching off on its own and emoting battery

My fitbit Ionic started by switching itself off and then now it's vibrating and emptying the batter. What should I do?

 

I tired syncing without problems but now with the battery at 0% I can't do much.

Now that it is at 0 what happens when charging?
