Since the updated app several months ago the sync process has been taking very long. I have to put my bluetooth off once or twice for it to sync with my Ionic after each workout and occasionally, restart my phone. This wastes a lot of time. Didn't have this with older version of app.

I have a HP laptop and a Huawei P30 Lite phone. I had a HTC OneM10 before
this. When I got my Huawei it was working fine whilst still on the old app.
Same for my wife with her Huawei. Then the new app update came out and then
syncing became a pain. Hope this sheds some light.

Contact Customer Support. I strongly suggest that you remove all those personal phone and email numbers from your post. Click on the 3 dots at the upper right and then on Edit Post.

Thanks @SunsetRunner I edited the post to remove the personal details from my e-mail signature. It's best to communicate directly on Fitbit Community forum.
