Hello every one,
I have taken new LG V 30 phone 3 days back. I am seeing sync issues with my Ionic since then.
I have to turn off and turn on the bluetooth or unpair my ionic and pair it back again to get the sync working.
Any pointers to resolve this?

@vau Welcome to the Fitbit family! Have you checked if your mobile device is listed under the list of supported devices?
Also, try these syncing troubleshooting steps to get it to sync. It should certainly help you out with this.

Thanks a lot for the reply.
Yes, I saw list of supported devices. LG V 30 is not listed as supported device.
Yes, I saw the syncing trouble shooting steps and tried those.
I had a chat with fitbit support rep to check by when LG V 30 will be supported, there is no ETA.
Not sure how effective Ionic will be with out sync or reliable bluetooth connectivity.

@vau Thanks for your reply and for sharing this information. In the meanwhile, you can sync using a computer. It is recommended to sync once or twice a day so maybe first thing in the morning to check your sleep and at night before sleeping to check your daily accomplishments.
