Ionic sync problem

 Hii fitbit,

I am using Ionic since 2months, yesterday i did factory reset, from then on, the watch's display says, Data not cleared sync& try again.

 

Plz guide me what to do..

Let me help you with your inquiry, in order to better assist you could you please add more details about why you performed the factory reset? In the meantime if you're experiencing syncing issues I recommend following the syncing troubleshoots listed on this article
