Have Fitbit acknowledge the sync issue currently going on with the ionic since the latest updates ? I can get mine to set up and sync then after that it refuses to sync again unless I unpaired the device and run through the set up process again , tried factory reset also happens on both android and iOS ? Doing me head in come on Fitbit sort it out !

@Guti1974 I run iOS and any Sync/notification issues have been very minor. Yes there have been a few points when notifications stop, and I’m presuming syncing as well but as I’m not reviewing my Fitbit dashboard every minute of the day I can’t tell. On the few occasions it has happened, I just restart the Ionic and iPhone and all is good again. I’ve even used my Windows 10 laptop without problems, though had to make sure my phone was off first, so that the Ionic would switch pairing.
Also there was an update to the IOS Fitbit app yesterday, with “bug fixes and performance improvements” so maybe that has sorted out whatever you were encountering.
That said, I am aware that Android is a different kettle of fish. Unfortunately Fitbit don’t share their development information. However I can only assume they are well aware of the issues some are having and working hard to resolve them.

thats ridiculous we should not need to restart phones, apps , pair and unpair everytime the fitbit needs to sync. Fitbit is aware of the problem and is refusing to fix it. After emailing fit bit i get a generic " we are aware of the problem and working on it and hoping for a resolution" Just BS. They didnt mind taking everyones money

I am having the same issue I just reloaded my app and reset my phone. I just purchased this phone and will take it back to the store if there is no resolution.
