I bought this watch for all of the convenient features it supposedly had. I cannot sync it to my iPhone, I cannot download music on it and when I used it to swim laps, it is malfunctioning all together. Needless to say I’m disappointed in this product and won’t recommend it to family and friends.

Hi @BEC15127, sorry to hear of the issues you've been having.
It sounds as though you may have a faulty device, especially seeing as you said it failed in water. I have flagged your post for the attention of a Moderator who can hopefully set you up a support case.
