Hi,
I have been a Fitbit user for years. I got an Ionic and have had problems with it syncing randomly and then sometimes it doesn't sync for days or more. No matter how I try to sync it, or turn Wi-Fi or Bluetooth off, then on, turn off my phone, reboot the phone, etc...nothing works.
My phone is compatible so I know that isn't the problem.
This is very disappointing and frustrating as I love being able to see my stats and it helps me in my healthy journey.
I would love to see a fix for the Ionic. Otherwise, I would appreciate a replacement. I have tried in the past to get help from Fitbit and the Customer Service hasn't been very helpful or kind lately. That is very surprising for Fitbit.

Thanks for performing these steps, let me help you syncing your Ionic. Before we move forward we nee to exhaust all the troubleshoots so please follow the steps listed on this article. There you'll find the instructions for all the different platforms. If you're still getting trouble let me know so I can give you the next steps.
