Ionic tab on band won't stay in place

Does ionic band come with the Versa or Charge 2 bands, where  they are held in place by putting it through the rubber holder? The tabbed holder keeps coming out and my band flaps.

No it comes with the Ionic band only

 

When Attaching you should hear a click. You can also pull on it after attaching and it should not come out
