Ionic tennis activity not showing all the details

I put on my activity tracker for a game of Tennis - Find that the Heart rate, Minutes , calories have not been populated on the app, even tough some of data has been tracked on my Ionic...

There wasn't any issue last week..

Sorry for the delayed reply. The tennis activity will show you duration, steps, bpm avg, bpm max, calories and distance.  I would like you to make sure the activity has been tracked using the exercise app.

If you're tracking the activity using the exercise app but it's not showing you the information, please restart it and try tracking it once again.

Yes I did use the exercise ap, for some reason the data mentioned in your message was not tracked

I used yesterday again and it is working fine...
