Purchased the IONIC 2 days ago to replace my old SURGE
1. Message notifications are not being pushed to IONIC device
2. Detailed sleep stats worked the first night, then, reverted back to the SURGE style of reporting
Typically new products are supposed to work better than the last. This product has been nothing but problems since opening the box.
Please fix or I will return the 400 dollar investment and purchase a competitors device that actually works.

I have already restarted the device several times and completed the factory reset - please provide an actual solution by fixing the firmware/software rapidly or I will no longer use any FITBIT products.
