Can anyone advise how to change the item on an ionic as mine is stuck in 24 hr am mode when it’s on. iPhone is showing the correct time and sync is not changing anything

not impressed at the moment with a watch that doesn’t tell the correct time

Can you change the clock face?Some clock faces only do 12 hr time.
