Ionic today screen won't respond

The today screen where I go to check for hourly steps won't respond.  It just dims and freezes. I have restarted the watch a couple of times and it still doesn't work.  The Fitbit app says I am up to date.

It’s good to see you in the community, @dls98tuc.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. Since you've already tried to restart your watch, I recommend switching to a Fitbit clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.
