My ionic is roughly 1 yr old or maybe just older so the warranty is out .. the problem been my is inactive with my touch and the screen is in 3 stripes from top to bottom .black about 1/4 rhs grey middle about half of screen and black again 1/4 lhs.
I've tried to reset it but screen same colours as above and again not responding to my touch to set it up or to scroll thru settings etc

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for restarting your Ionic before posting over here. Since the issue wasn't solved after restarting your device, please follow the next steps to perform a factory reset procedure:
Take in consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.

Did as as above still not responding screen still in 3 stripes and I've taken a picture of it and a video to show you where can I send evidence??? Or do I send this device off ?? My partner bought it me from argos I think so the warranties just ran out but I feel I need to get this repaired free of charge as I'm not happy it's just lasted 12 t 15 months ..quite disappointed to be honest
