I used my watch while swimming for the first time today and now the watch keeps resetting and the touchscreen won't work.
I have tried resetting but still not working.
Fitbit? I thought the watch was meant to be waterproof??

So...I've had my replacement for 4 months now.
Today after a 5 km run, I decided to give the watch a very quick rinse under the tap and immediately dried it with a towel.
My watch started turning itself off, reset it twice and now will not power up at all.
It was fully charger this morning before my run.
I'm starting to think the fitbit ionic is not waterproof at all!
Can someone at support please assist?
