I did the latest update of the firmware a couple of days ago. I have had issues with updates with bluetooth/wifi, but I did all the things - remove the device, turn off bluetooth, force quit the app, and turn on again, re-pair etc etc... and the update finally worked (albeit very slowly).
Since then the tracker does not record ANY steps at all. Also, it's going flat within a few hours. It was already going flat quickly before the update, but not this quickly.
There are NO excess apps on it, in fact there are only the bare minimum, I have very few notifications allowed, I've tried all the forum suggestions and wasted hours scouring the internet, and I'm at the end of my (virtual) tether... Help please!!
