Hi, I have been trying to update the Fitbit tracker a few times. I have not been successful yet as it keeps ‘searching for wifi’. The wifi is quite strong. Please advise what is required to be done.

@aesmenon1 , I had intermittent problem with wifi connection with the watch, most recently during the update. You might want to try account/ionic/wi-fi setting on the App and get around it that way. That helped in my case.
However, on my ionic, under settings/about/ IP address, it says wi-fi off. Practically, I do not have issue with syncing my device so its not a big deal for me.

When is says searching for Wifi, give it a while. Do not close the app or take any other action. Eventually (after a couple of minutes), the app will tell you it is having trouble connecting and will take you to the Wifi setup menu. That will allow you to re-enter Wifi information. Once that's done, the Fitbit should reconnect and update without any issues.
