Whenever I’m tracking a hike, my ionic counts the hike as exercise but also adds a walk as exercise for the same hike, so it shows double calories etc. I’ve double checked and the auto recognition is off for walking. My husband has an ionic and his only logs the hike. I’m not sure how to fix this so that it only logs the hike for exercise.

Hi @RobinK9215, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared, seems odd that your Ionic is logging the Walk exercise even though such activity is off to be auto-recognized with the SmartTrack feature. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Is this occurring with other activities or just with Hike? Which mobile device are you using to sync your Fitbit?
In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Ionic following the steps that are specified on our help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Keep me posted.
