A friend finally talked me into buying the Ionic and I got it last week. Set up everything including shortcuts, GPS, and Strava. First day I did Exercise > Run > waited for GPS to connect, > Start, and did 8 miles. At the end of the run when I tap the finish flag it briefly shows all my stats like distance and mile times. But afterward I can't find the information anywhere! I can't find anything in the Fitbit app, and the Strava app shows no history either.
Two days later I rebooted the Ionic and both apps in my phone. Opened Fitbit app to sync. Then did the same Exercise > Run > (GPS connect) > Start and did a short run. At end I tap the finish flag and get all the stats of the run. Again they are nowhere to be found.
Please help!

@Moneymgmt Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.
Thanks for sharing details about your Ionic tracking runs but not syncing to your app or Dashboard. I appreciate the reboot you performed prior to posting.
I would like you to confirm that once your activity has been tracked, you tap on end this exercise. Please restart your watch and track another exercise.
Keep me posted!

Yes, when complete I tap the finish flag, confirm I want to end the run, and it shows the stats of the run on the watch. I also tried manually syncing to the app after runs.
To update, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and then reboot the watch again, and it seems to work now in the Fitbit app. It even shows data from the previous runs I did that were not appearing before. However still nothing shows in Strava, though as long as it is somewhere to see and compare I don't need it in two places.

@Moneymgmt Thanks for getting back. Sorry for the delayed reply.
I'm glad to hear that after you uninstalled the app and reboot the watch, your runs started appearing. Keep in mind that only GPS activities will sync to Strava and viceversa.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

FWIW still nothing shows up in Strava. When I said that runs started appearing it applies only within the Fitbit app. GPS works and excercise/run records fine within Fitbit. When I tap the Strava app on the watch it says "No recent activity. Record a run to see a list of your recorded activities here." I've been recording runs with my watch for weeks now. Even opening the Strava app on my phone shows no activity, but I can see that of my friends/connections.
