My ionic device tracks and synchs runs successfully, but for swims these get tracked in the phone but are not transmitted bro the app. Is this a feature limitation or a set up problem?
Thanks

@Jjjarillo Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.
It's pretty weird that your swims are being tracked but they aren't syncing to your app. I would like you to make sure that you're finishing the activity and then syncing your watch. If your activity gets tracked but you never finish it, then it won't sync to your app.
Keep me posted!

@SilviaFitbit I'm having a similar issue with an activity syncing. I start my run activity on my device. During my run, my Ionic recognizes GPS. It logs my distance. I complete my run at the end on the device. All my stats show on the device--avg. heart rate, total distance, avg. pace, total time. When I look on my app, sometimes the total time isn't accurate. It shows NO pace information. I had the same issue when I logged a workout this week--total duration of the workout was accurate on the device, showed all stats when I completed my workout, but duration of workout was different on the app. The device is CONSTANTLY showing the Fitbit icon like it's updating firmware. Firmware is latest version. App is latest version. iPhone 8 has latest iOS. I've spent HOURS working on the whole notifications issues (still not working). I don't have time to continuously dedicate to fixing this activity tracker. I've disconnected and reconnected bluetooth. I've turned device off and on. I've turned my phone off and on.
EDIT: While just attempting to track yoga on device, the Fitbit logo came on 4 times within a half hour, stopping my yoga activity.
