Hi,

 

Just  noticed this this morning my ionic turned itself off, it was at 30% battery and now doesn’t turn on.

 

I have tried the restart hold left and bottom right and hold all buttons for 10 secs to no avail.

 

Also tried to recharge but it is non-responsive, sensors at the back are not lighting up.

 

can you please assist?
