Ionic turned off and now won't restart - Please help!

Hi - 

I need help.  My Ionic has turned off completely 2 times now (despite full battery charge) when I go into the Run Exercise mode.  Weather was bright and sunny, I was wearing the watch all morning and had worked out using an exercise mode earlier in the AM with no issues.  Now it won't turn back on. I've tried multiple different outlets in my house, plugged it into my desktop and nothing will get it to turn back on.  I wore a Surge for 4 years non-stop with zero issues and now this is my third issue with this same watch. Does anyone know what I can do to get it to respond and turn back on?

@gossertl, have you tried restarting it by holding the bottom right button and the left button until the Fitbit logo shows on the screen?
