My ionic was working fine. Went to sleep woke up it is off wont turn on or charge. Tried holding left and bottom buttons as stated on other post here. Tried other button combinations. Battery was at 95 percent... Any other suggestions.

I had the same thing happen with 73% battery. Second Fitbit I’ve had problems with. This was a replacement. It only lasted 20 months. Last Fitbit I will own.

Good luck. Customers with Ionic complaints are legion! My first Ionic died with 3 days left on the warranty... Pretty much the same complaint you have. Received a replacement Ionic. It just died a few days ago after barely 9 months. Customer service gave me a 25% discount to buy another $250 watch that will break in less than a year. I don't think so. Garmin and Samsung are looking better and better.
