Ionic shuts down and restarts every time I receive a phone call. Can't answer the call or see who's calling.

Thanks for the detailed information shared. It's odd this situation with your Fitbit Ionic, so I'd like to confirm if this is happening only when getting calls or if you have noticed this behavior with any other function? In the meantime, I suggest trying the following: 

  • Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile icon and then tap your Ionic image 
  • Find the notifications and turn off calls 
  • Restart your Ionic. For instructions see, How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  • Go back to the notifications and turn on the calls 
  • Sync your device and test your Fitbit Ionic

Happens only when getting calls. I already tried your suggestion.
