I’ve had the Fitbit Ionic Adidas Edition for less than a month. The first thing I noticed was that the battery life was not 4 days. More like 2 days, at the most. Last week it started turning itself off in the middle of the day. Yesterday, it did it 4 times. Called a Fitbit for help and was told to do a reset. Did this and now the watch won’t stay turned on. As soon as I take it off the charger, it turns off. I’ve not had much luck with Fitbit products in the past. I was hoping this time would be different. They are sending me another one. If there are problems with this one, I’ll never purchase a Fitbit product again. Very disappointed.

Same here, man. My ionic's battery died in six months and support refused to replace it. Very frustrating.

I called support because my Blaze battery and the heart rate monitor no longer worked after 1.5 years, I was told that because the warranty was over all they could offer me was a discount on a new one. I was upset but fitbits are addictive so i bought the Ionic Adidas. Out of the box the buttons didn't work and now I'm waiting on a new one, over a week now. I am also giving Fitbit one last shot.

I hope you have better luck than I did: my $300 ionic's battery died after six months and they didn't honor the 1 year warranty or even give me a coupon, just hooked my increasingly desperate emails up to a robot that keeps babbling about "keeping me in the fitbit family" 😞

Hi, I bought my fitbit ionic watch just yesterday so I charged it and started downloading the fitbit app and started syncing it to the watch, after I've done all that I unplugged the watch since it was fully charged but it won't stay on without the charger plugged to it, why
