My Ionic won't fully boot. It's stuck on a grey screen. Some things to note are that the heartrate sensor is lit up and flashing, it won't vibrate when I hold the left side button (it should open the music controller), and sleep mode is making the backlight dim. It died before this happened. What can I do? I got the watch from my Dad for my 15th birthday (it used to be his).
