ionic is unable to connect to home wifi and tranfer music and will not connect to my windows 10 laptop

Thanks for getting in touch about this. I would like you to make sure you're doing this procedure to connect your Ionic to your Wi-Fi. Also, please follow these steps to transfer music to your watch.
If you continue experiencing difficulties, please provide me with more details about this. Are you receiving any error message while connecting it to your Wi-Fi or transferring music?

hi I have tried to connect but a error message stats the blue tooth is off, I am using a windows 10 laptop with the fitbit dongle which works perfect when I synced with my watch. Please advise

I appreciate that you mentioned you're getting an error message when trying to connect your watch. It sounds like you have the Windows 10 app installed on your laptop. Since you're trying to download music to your Ionic, you will need to install Fitbit Connect, please confirm you've download it in this page and follow this procedure.
If you keep experiencing difficulties, please attach a screenshot of what you're seeing.
