I have already setup my Ionic and downloaded music album to it. However, when I tried to connect to my Jaybird X3 earphones, Ionic can't locate this Bluetooth device. In fact, Ionic is unable to locate anyBluetooth devices including Bluetooth speakers which are just centimetres to it. Hence, I am unable to play music on the Ionic. Please advise quickly. Thank you.

Before doing music, have to go into Settings to set up individual Bluetooth device.  Maybe you have already done that.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I’m having the same problems. For about 2 weeks, device is not syncing properly. I’ve tried everything. Really frustrating. Would put me off buying Fitbit again

Noted the issue with your Fitbit device. I have asked the Fitbit Team to look into my problem that my Ionic can’t locate any Bluetooth devices. They claimed it could be the iPhone iOS 13.1.2 version that is the cause and they will check and reply to me.
