Please open a case for me. Since firmware update, I no longer receive sleep stages. The LED lights are not working either.
I have done all the things possible that are recommended. Restart, move positioning, reload app, etc.
I keep getting the inconsistent heart rate message but, there is no inconsistencies in my heart rate according to the HR tracker.
I look forward to your assistance,
