Ionic update stopping and starting

I saw there was a new update on the fit bit app for my ionic. Every time I try to update it though, it starts updating very slowly, shows it is around half way installed and then just sit in the same spot, not making anymore progress. I have tried turning my phone off and on again, turning the Bluetooth off and on again, restarting my fit bit device, reconnecting to the internet, nothing is working. It is stuck in the installing process.

same thing here with my ionic im trying since yesterday all day and today . No results.

Both of you, do a RESTART and try again. Keep in  mind that it's much better all around to use wifi for your updates if possible rather than bluetooth.

I tried 10 times already. i'm trying to reset the ionic to factory
settings and unpair it from everything, les see if this works .

I have restarted my internet, Bluetooth, the fitbit, the app, my phone, and my computer at least 8-9 times. It does not connect to the internet unless I am connected to Bluetooth and does not give me the option to update over wifi. I have tried to connect JUST to wifi, it will not let me. I have also tried to "forget" my ionic from Bluetooth and the app and re download it, yet it does not update for me.

I reset the ionic to factory settings and unpair it from everything, restarted the ionic and add it to the fitbit app all over again connected to the wifi and FINALLY worked I took like 5 hours ! But its working fine now 🙂 !

My watch will not restart or even turn on. But the green light in the back is flashing for a charge. 

Someone please help.
