OS 2 download went fine, all good for about 8 hours. Ionic then would not sync to the phone.
Would not connect to wi-fi either. Had to pay my ISP $60 to change settings to accommodate the Ionic..
Fixed that problem. After several hours trying tp pair I put the Ionic on charge and then turned it off. Turned it back on at the same time scanning my mobile for devices. Still on charge. Success. Picked up the Ionic. Clicked on that and it paired. All good.
Fitbit Ionic OS 2, Samsung Galaxy S5.

@bigjohn24 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for sharing your experience with Ionic and Galaxy S5. Also, thanks for sharing the workaround that helped you out. It's a great contribution to the Ionic Board and I'm sure a lot of users will find this very helpful.
