Ionic vibrating and frozen at same time

Hey, so for the past couple of months my Ionic has been doing this thing were it vibrates randomly with no notifications coming in. It will do this every 30-45 seconds for 10-15 minutes. It happens at random times, sometimes the middle of the night, other times the middle of the day. When it is doing this, I can't get it to respond to any buttons or waking up the screen. It is driving me crazy, I'm seriously considering getting something else because being woken up at 2:30 in the morning for something I can't stop is driving me crazy.

Try these as possible solutions to your problem:

A -> Restart

B -> Turn Off

C -> Factory Reset

Really there is no need to suffer in Frustration - simply call Tech Support at 877-623-4997 and get your Ionic replaced right now while you can
Many have followed this straightforward advice and now have a replacement Ionic - we all should have “zero tolerance” for any defective Ionic
