Hi @nancytyler, nice to see you in the community.

Have you tried restarting your Ionic by following the steps here? Also it might be worth restarting your phone too.

It's nice to see you around @nancytyler. Thanks for the details that you've mentioned. Your Ionic can vibrate for different reasons including if you set an alarm, if you hit your step goal or if you haven't met your hourly activity goal.

Can you let me know if it's vibrating and showing you anything on the screen?

Thanks for your input @N8teGee

I'll be around if you need further assistance.

I'm having the same problem. For the past several days my Ionic vibrates as it is supposed to, but will not display the associated notification (not are they available by swiping down). I've tried everything I can think of twice, from restarting the watch and iPhone, disconnecting the device and repairing, turning all notifications off then on again, etc. Help!

Welcome to the Community @tjgraf. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.

Sorry for the delayed reply. I would like you to remove your Ionic from your account and pair it again. After this, set your notifications in your Ionic again.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks. I had done that repeatedly with no luck. Even did a factory reset which only made things worse. However, chatted with Erika in support this morning and finally got it working. Secret ingredient may have been deleting it from my phone's Bluetooth listing before reactivating.
