Ionic warranty question

How does the warranty on the ionic work? My screen  is glitching and the battery drains fast.

It's just over 1 year old..

I would like to add that if you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA) and you purchased your Fitbit product in the EEA, the warranty period is two years from the date of purchase.
