Ionic warranty

Hi. My ionic is 11 months old (bought in UK) and has just stopped working. It had 60% battery but after swimming just turned off and never turned back on, this was 7 days ago. I tried all the tips on the website of holding buttons , charging for hours to no avail. I emailed support and they sent me a email containing a job number after 48 hours but nothing since. I have DMd the twitter support and they reply promptly but don't seem to be able to get the email team to contact me. I just want to send this back under warranty but it's painful. Is there a number I can call??
