My Iconic was working fine until Sunday the 3rd. I noticed in the evening that the Fitbit Logo was slowly blinking. I tried to turn it off and then on. Nothing - still blinking. I tried setting it back to factory settings - nothing - still blinking. My app showed that I had 84% battery life but I decided to put it on the charger overnight. The next morning it was, you guessed it, still blinking. So, I called Fitbit IT. They had me try everything I had already done, again, to no avail. That's when the rep told me "wow, that's weird, I've never seen it do that before. Since it's out of warranty I'll send you an e-mail for 20% on a new one" Needless to say that's unacceptable to me. Now my Iconic won't even turn on (at least it stopped blinking - LOL!) It's been on the charger for two days now. Can anyone help me. I really don't want to purchase another one, even with 20% off. You'd think for the money we spend on this that it would last longer than 18 months. If I can't get this resolved then maybe I'll look at apple or Garmin. Please help because I do like the watch when it's working.

No reply from a Fitbit employee? WOW! I'll give it one more day and I'll take my business elsewhere. Crazy!

I'm having the same issue with my iconic and it's only 8 month old I believe. I'm actually on my second one because the first one died on me while on a run and they sent a replacement because it was also 8 months old. Seems that's as far as I get with my iconic, they really aren't made to last long. But I'm with you, if they can't resolve my issue I'm switching to a Garmin watch.
