My ionic watch has operated flawlessly, but the clasp in the band often becomes loose and falls out. Well I just lost the clasp and I'm trying to find a replacement clasp. I even went to the website to buy a replacement band but my size is not available. Any suggestions from forum? Replacement clasps? Alternative band to purchase from other Fitbit watches?

@JiminMP, bands from other Fitbit devices will not fit the Ionic.  If you search Amazon, you will find a number of Ionic-compatible bands for sale there, though.
