After purchasing 2 of the Fitbit Ionic watches my husband adidas edition crashed 12/6/19 my Ionic crashed 12/4/19. We have only have the devices a year! They are replacing mine but not my husband’s after it was purchased from Best Buy 12/19/18. I will not purchase another one😡
