Screen was only working intermittently. I did a hard reset and now my Ionic watch is dead. No screen , no sensor light, I tried to do a hard reset, nothing is working. It was just fully charged and synced.
How can I get a replacement?

If still in warranty - contact support.
Put it back on a charger and press and hold all 3 buttons until the logo appears after 10 or 12secs. Release the bottom right button immediately and keep the other two buttons pressed until the device vibrates, then release. If no luck keep trying several more times. Also, try a different charging source.
