My ionic watch was not syncing with my iphone , I tried to shut it down through the menu , then re-started it using left button, ionic (green) sign appeared on the screen but it went off after a few minutes and I have not been able to restart it ever since (by holding left and right buttons ). Please advise.

@MMBanaei you should not expect anything from Fitbit support team. It is very clear that they can do only two things. The first one is to copy and paste useless procedures and, the second one, is to check if your watch is out of the warranty period. In both cases, Fitbit will do nothing to help.
