Ionic watch not showing count - says NaN km 0 steps

I have tried resetting and restarting my Ionic to no avail.  Screen persistently shows "NaN km" and "0 steps". It does seem to be storing the counts to my phone but only when manually synced (does not automatically sync).  Any clues appreciated.

Try switching to a different clock face.

'NaN' is computer code error message for 'not a number'.  Perhaps the developer of that clock face has not kept up changes required by Fitbit changes.

Thanks so much Marathon Racer! I’ve been trying for over two days to fix this, restart the watch, reset the ionic and nothing worked until you mentioned the idea to switch the watch face… And you were 100% correct! The watch app that I was using was defunct and I switch to another watch app and it is now working perfectly, thanks so much!

BTW, the captions such as "jogger" and "marathon racer" are not actually true.  They are just assigned automatically by the board based on activity on the boards, just meant as a cute extra, sort of.
