Ionic watch records problem

If I swipe up on my Ionic my sleep, hourly activity & workout records are blank for the past few records. I'm reluctant to re-start my watch out of concern of failure as I'm far from service backup at work location for several weeks still.

Restarting your watch will not cause a problem but could very well cure the current one.  That's what I would do and do it several times if necessary.
