Hi, I was having an issue with my ionic not counting steps and the clock being off so I tried everything I'd done before when that happened hold the middle and bottom buttons to restart it, un-sync and resync it and nothing worked and this has happened before where I needed to factory reset it but it never went black mid way through and now it wont do anything and I've had it on charger for 12 hours and I'm not sure what to do. Any help is appreciated and thanks in advance.
