I just receive my new brand ionic adidas edition a couple days ago, and suddenly meanwhile i was doing excercise it just went off, giving a message of low battery, when i just charge it before doing excercise, and just shut down, now i connect it to charge it and it went blank, it doesn´t turn on, PLEASE HELP!

Something shook loose in the activity @ionicfit33, no other explanation I can think of - contact customer service chat and let them know you suspect you have a dud.
Sorry for the trouble, mine are very reliable, love the band on this one!

A warm welcome to the Community @ionicfit33! It's pretty weird that while you were exercising your Ionic shut down and it's not working anymore. Just as our dear council @wmchapman mentioned, the best thing to do is to contact our Support team.
I've shared with them your post and they've mentioned that you already have a case with them. Please continue the communication via email, they always have options for you.

Hi @SilviaFitbit,
I appreciate your concern about my case and it come in time. Saddly and very disappointed after spending more than 320£ and an extra accessory(belt) and olny used it for two days and went back to the box. I have send all the requirements for my case hasn't been resolve.
I would qualify one of the worst CUSTOMER SERVICE in Fibit, everytime I respond by email and different person respond and has been at least four people who has assisted me,the worst case I was ask for a video and it seem thqt in customer service can't even open a video file? So please help and need a positve outcome. Thank you.
