Ionic went off after an unsuccessful update

I tried to update ionic 3 days ago. after that , the touch screen and the buttons stopped working. the fellow in online help instructed me to do a factory reset and to setup the watch from zero. while doing so, the watch experienced WiFi connection fail. I tried a normal reset by holding the left and bottom right key to make it connect to WiFi again. the first time I did the normal reset, the WiFi connection was back and the watch continued to do the setup process. after afew minutes, again a WiFi connection failure happened, again I tried normal reset. suddenly the watch went off and did not turned on again. during all this , the watch was connected to the charger. I left it for a day aside, then tried to turn it on again, tried to charge it again , tried normal reset , tried factory reset...nothing made it to turn on and work again. is there anything I can try to make my watch work again? my watch was just 3 years old!

yes. true I had but none of the helps worked for my watch. I thought to leave a post here , I was hoping to get a way to get my watch to start working again.
Is there any fitbit trusted place in Istanbul/Turkey that I can take my watch there to fix the problem?

@sara3107 Thank you for getting back.

Fitbit doesn't have any repaired centers where you could take your Fitbit. However, that's why we have different channels of communication where our Support team will help you and provide you with the appropriate options.
