A few days ago i stopped receiving all notifications on my ionic and cannot seem to troubleshoot the issue.
- I have factory reset the watch (twice).
- I have deleted and re-installed the app (twice).
- i have played around with the Bluetooth, privacy, and notifications settings on my iphone.
- I have logged out and logged back in the app.
When viewing Bluetooth devices on my iphone, it shows its connected to my Ionic. The app shows my watch connected and is able to sync. I was able to select and download different watch faces. HOWEVER i still cannot receive notifications on the watch. When i select notifications in the fitbit app, i get a message "Bluetooth Pairing Required - Your Ionic and your iphone need to be paired before you can use this feature". I then go to my Bluetooth setting on my iphone and it shows its already paired. 😫
