Brand new ionic. Now fully charged. Firmware upated to 27.70.8.0.
Now will simply not calibrate, useless device

Can anyone help? We have reset phones and fitbit etc.. nothing seems to work

Since your Ionic is showing you a calibration message, please try the following:
- Plug your Ionic and setting it on a flat surface
- Restart it or shutting down (and turning it back on)
- Once the calibration has complete, a green check mark will show
If you haven't done so, please ensure that your Ionic has been set up to your Fitbit account.
