My Ionic won't charge, turn on or even light up. I had it charging and when I went to check it, it was dead. I mean nothing. I have tried everything, different cords, tried charging with the computer instead of the outlet, nothing. I have tried reading everyone's post to see if I could do something different, still nothing.
It is a shame that my husband bought this expensive Fitbit for my "50" birthday and it only lasted just over 1 year and 1 month. So disgusted to see there is NO help at all.
