Ionic will not charge or turn on

  Put it on the charger last night with about 30%, woke up this am to 0% and absolutely will not charge nor obviously will it turn on with 0% charge.

Mine is doing the same thing and when i hit left button it just shows 0% and thats all it does.   Very frustrating because i had a cheap fitness tracker that lasted 4 years and i buy an expensive one and it doesnt even last 1 1/2 yrs

I’m having the same issue. It’s very frustrating. I tried factory reset but can’t finish because battery is at 0% even though it’s been on the charger all day.

For what it's worth, I got really aggressive about cleaning the charge port
and finally got it to accept a charge. I sweat pretty heavily and work in
a lot of dirt so there was some pretty crusty grime that needed to be
almost chipped out of the corners so the plug could seat into place.

I have cleaned the contacts, prongs, left it on charger all nite, tried factory reset. Funny thing is it still comes on enough to show0% after 3 days.  I have ordered a new charger to try but not holding my breath ☹️

Mine did too so I called customer service which was a good idea.
