My Fitbit Ionic (purchased in August of 2019) will not charge or turn on. Yes, I cleaned the contacts. Yes, I used the charger unit that came with it. Yes, I used a low energy USB port, as well as the a/c plug. Yes, I pressed all three buttons at the same time to turn on/re-boot it. NOTHING I have done works and it's only two years old! What now Fitbit? I haven't found anything on line that I can do and that is different from above. You have my email address. Feel free to contact me.

@DScottG It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about your Fitbit Ionic since it on't turn on or take a charge. By the way, thank you for trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.
